About the Podcast

In The Adventures of Dave Garrison, listeners join Dave as he navigates a series of unexpected and often absurd situations. In the first season he is joined by his neighbors as they travel to California to visit his daughter. Season 1 of The Adventures of Dave Garrison follows the overconfident, overly earnest Dave (Gary John Miller) as he sets off on a road trip to California to babysit his daughter Hannah (played by Hannah Vail). He’s joined — somewhat reluctantly — by his neighbors Jackson (Jack Anderson) and Samson (Sam Butler), two oddball companions with wildly different vibes. Along the way, the trio stumble into chaotic misadventures: they thwart a gas station robbery, nearly get recruited by a group of suspiciously friendly Mormons, accidentally enter a street race, belt out dad rock ballads, and ultimately find themselves in a surreal parallel dimension known as Dadhalla — where father figures battle for the title of World’s Greatest Dad of All Time.
